The mission of Belknap House is to provide families in Belknap County safe shelter when children are especially at-risk during homelessness; to empower families to become self-sufficient and independent by providing them with opportunities for education and access to community resources.
CAPBM, is a New Hampshire agency established in 1965 under the provisions of the Equal Opportunity Act of 1964. Under this Act over twelve hundred Community Action Agencies (CAA) were established nationwide.
The primary mission of the organization is to work with low-income families and older people to assist them in their efforts to become or remain both financially and socially independent in their communities.
The agency sponsors and manages over 70 programs and services designed to meet the needs of children, families, single parents, older people, and the disabled.

The Affordable Connectivity Program is an FCC benefit program that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more.
The benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands.
Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers if they contribute more than $10 and less than $50 toward the purchase price.
The Affordable Connectivity Program is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household.

Family Resource Centers (FRCs) are open to the public and seek to strengthen families by promoting health, wellbeing, self-sufficiency and positive parenting through support and education.
Each center is uniquely positioned to serve its community, offering a range programs and services including but not limited to parenting classes, parent-child groups, early learning centers, play groups, kinship navigation, assistance with tax preparation, information and referral, after school assistance and other programs to meet specific community needs.
